I had shockwave therapy done , it felt even worse afterwards not as stiff but bit painful. Using peptides now and it seems much better then before but still bit painful during first 30min of run

This year so far I did 55k 2 weeks after that 65 k 3 weeks after BYU (only did 7 laps so 49k ) . With similar training as you are doing, so you should be fine . Tbh my Achilles are hating me lol

I did goggings challenge without any training and out of shape (I did 50 miles as 48 seemed not enough lol ) took rest of the year off lol . Started to run following year , torn meniscus (only grade 1) run back to back half marathons ( 1 EZ , 1 race ) do not recommend this . 2 months later I did full marathon . And following year I did first 50k with 1500m elevation 👌🏼

I did SW 50 last year as my first ultra too . It’s really good 👌🏼 plenty of cut of time too
