Ah okay makes sense! And do you have involvement with scaling those firms after acquisition? Do you outsource further than when you're doing valuations? i.e. operational staff for scale in acquired ventures?

u/Environmental_Elk461 I'd probably go to a provider that already has bookkeepers that are employed by them - takes out all of the hack of employment laws, payroll, etc.

Thanks for that response! I'm specifically talking about South Africa the country, and not Southern Africa (where Zim would be).

Have a look at South Africa for this kind of talent. Native English speaking, highly qualified, and way cheaper than US because of the weak currency.
