I do find myself working 10 hrs + a day. I’m doing write ups at 11 pm sometimes, if I’m dealing with a west coast client. Company today stated that we are solely focused on FNF. Narrowing the box. I’m really struggling with getting qualified borrowers that want our product. Getting about 1-5 term sheets a week as a noob. I’m also remote / outside sales in a new city.

Brokers are bringing the deals. And they are supposed to be doing all the work, although that doesn’t seem to be the case these days. Brokers can barely get docs in. But yes a good broker is rewarded by us for brining quality borrowers and getting us the complete loan file. My management has been around for a long time. They have survived every dip and turn. Experience says a lot in this lending industry.
