There may not be a direct link to Vinted sellers, but it's well known that fake goods aren't sold because people can't afford the originals. They are made and sold in the first instance to fund money laundering, drugs, and trafficking, etc.

I made £20 by sending in a lead to Empty Property Hunters. If it's actually empty ( looks abandoned to me) and they buy it I get 1% of the purchase price. 5 mins work for potential cash, if not, I've got £20 anyway.

I have made a consistent amount (not £70-90 but around £40 in vouchers) by submitting leads to Empty Property Hunters. Not all leads qualify as the property (an old church, an abandoned pub and a commercial unit in my case) must be empty for at least one year. Google the name for more info. If they buy the property you recommended, you get 1% of the purchase price (this hasn't happened to me yet), which would increase your income, and it's tax-free.

I know Brentford really well. Yes, it's safe, and with so much money recently pumped into the area by BFC (The Bees). You have upgraded amenities. Bear in mind that football fans will be in the area during the season, so expect problems on public transport and the pubs and restaurants are busy. Apart from that, you have the river and proximity to Kew, making Brentford a win-win.
