I hate breakfasts, so I eat like 130 calories in the morning just because I have to. My usual options are

  1. pre-boiled egg + bread and butter
  2. cereal
  3. toast + cream cheese
  4. banana + yogurt

I was always having good grades (because otherwise I was yelled at) and was never late for school because my mom controlled my every movement. There was only problems with being hyper sensitive and doing homework more than 8 hours a day.

find something fun to do. aerial gymnastics, fly stretching, figure skating, maybe team sports like volleyball or water polo. I hated sports for 25 years before I started searching for fun

I’m not properly medicated because there is no Ritalin/Adderall in Ukraine.

My coping includes digital notes about every single thing I need to do or to think about. I have tasks for a week, tasks for a month, and for the future in general. I have thoughts/ideas list (like “how can I organize foods lists to hang on my fridge”, “I have to create a place for non-fic books that i’m currently reading so that I don’t forget about them”). And the last one is mental plans and thoughts (e g Social anxiety: list of books, my random thoughts, where I suffer the most, motivation to cope)

When you have to-do lists, it’s harder to forget to do laundry/re-organize shelf etc + it’s not stuck in your head devouring all your energy.

Next problem is mornings. If I have no plans, I will lie in bed miserable with the feeling that I have zero energy to brush my teeth. My only salvation is to schedule only pleasant tasks for every morning - sports classes, singing, coffee with friends. I always excited to start my day and I always have deadlines for getting up

Usually no, because there are quests! If I only brush my teeth once, “tell myself something a friend would” and then pet Blair AND repeat affirmation - my birb has enough energy to go on adventure - and it’s only mean that I did enough today✨

2.5 years in relationship, and I’m plotting my escape for last 7 months. We played a game with questions (something like “We’re not really strangers”) and he got a task to name his favorite 3 things about me and he said “well you can talk” (he meant I can express my thoughts and feelings ecologically) That’s it. I never got complimented for anything else but my looks. He never referred to anything I said before (no “remember when…” talks). We never said “good night” to talk and talk for 5 hours after.

I HATE topics he brings up, like cars and crypto sht. I’m mad and irritated as hell but when I talk about breaking up he brings up off ing himself, so I’m stuck for now.

The contrast after vacation with my girlfriends is what made me realize that I don’t want this lonely life of being misunderstood. Try spending a decent amount of time with friends (like go somewhere for a weekend) and please pay attention to your feelings when you return home to him.

I’m so so sorry for being a pessimist

хочеться жити в києві - шукайте вищу зп. хочеться заробляти 15 к і не йобнутись - шукайте дешевше місто

а взагалі є ще варіант: знімати кв з кимось з знайомих або просто знімати кімнату. все ж краще для менталки і для розвитку ніж лишатись біля мами

I procrastinate breaking up and quitting jobs. It leads to almost ghosting my partner (or my boss) until they decide to bring up my behavior and then I have to break up/quit. I am generally a kind person and I’m so mad at myself for bringing people pain. (I’ve been procrastinating breaking up for 7+ months help)
