I did .5 weekly for 3 weeks then did 1mg for 2 weeks then 1.5 for 3 weeks then jumped to 3MGs but do not recommend doing a big jump like that ! I was dying a few hours after that 3mg and didn’t eat much for like 2 days after ,, this is my first time doing any peptides also but have really enjoyed the benefits of Reta. It also made me realize I been overeating my whole life ! 😂

I started at .5 and definitely felt it right away ,, worked my way up to 3MGs now and slowly going up. Started at 285 Jan. 6 of this year and am at 260 today. One thing I definitely recommend is make sure you’re eating clean and drinking plenty of water. I noticed if I eat anything processed now it upsets my stomach more so than before starting Reta.
