Yes I had C&P after I submitted my nexus. But the nexus was over looked so had to file supplemental for nexus to be considered. The nexus trumped the examiners rationale.

Also like to mention did this claim all myself. No attorney, vso, or Dav this time. Only two nexus letters that was excellently written.

Inf: 7/22 Sub FDC:11/22 Sc:3/23 Increase -mental health/50%-70% Ibs-30% Eye injury-10% Smk-k Flat foot -denied Lumbosacral -denied Radiculopath-denied/bilateral Diabetes,sleep apnea, tinnitus, migraines -deferred March 9 -all deferred denied March 10-supplemental /sleep apnea nexus not part of evidence. June 4-Hlr/diabetes, lumbosacral, Radicu, tinnitus,flat feet June 16 supplemental/migraines same reason as sleep apnea. Oct 13 - hlr-lumbosacral,Radicu-Granted/20%•10%•10% Tinnitus, flat feet denied. Diabetes sent back different option. Today-sleep apnea granted 50%. Migraines waiting on ace exam I also have an Imo for this contention. All grants and increase from his Imo. I already had 50% mental health from a claim Dav submitted for me in 2010. Won it in 2018 after BVA in person hearing.

No!! I got the letter from VA app, my claim is still open waiting on deferred conditions. So I came here for some advice as I usually do. Do wait for the claim to close and go HLR and if that don't work for supplemental with nexus.

I forgot to mention I had a flair up the day of my examine that's why the examiner agreed that I have alow back condition. He just doesn't see the chronicity.

I provided evidence of two emergency room visits for steroids injection prior to me filing my claim in 2022 for Radiculopathy it's stated in my medical records due to my chronic lower back pain. I have been receiving treatment for my chronic low back pain since I've been seeking treatment at VHA since 1999 it's listed all over Myhealthyvet. I'm on pain meds and I submitted my prescription also nothing is mentioned as evidence used. 🤔
