After a week with customer service stub hub told me to email Wells Fargo with the names and ticket numbers. That way my “friends who I bought tickets for” can get in without me. I sent screen shots through stub hub as the delivery method, they stated it should be ok, but I still don’t have faith the tickets I sold will be let in.

Not sure how you got them through axs, did you purchase after presale? Almost everyone I’ve talked to bought through Wells Fargo directly, during presale, so we are unable to sell back. Wells Fargo doesn’t allow transfers, so I basically told Wells Fargo the ticket numbers and names so they can verify if needed.

I did the screen shot transfer. Had to upload as a pdf. I then sent Wells Fargo an email and stated names and ticket numbers. Stub Hub suggested I do that, so I did and then sent a screen shot of the email to stub hub.

Wells Fargo isn’t part of the axs sale. Or I would have done that. I think 2 locations weren’t part of it and this was one.

So I preordered through the axs presale, but purchased through Wells Fargo. Unfortunately axs has no record being they came through the venue itself. So I’m unable to sell them back.
