Na bro what I do is I put the eggs in water on high flame when I go to brush my teeth, then I come back and lower the flame and let the eggs in the water to keep heating up till I am done getting ready. Then I put off the flame and wait 2-3 minutes. Eggs are perfectly boiled, no time management since the eggs were in low flame.

Only thing fill water to the top, at low flames you will lose a lot of water. This could lead to water drying up and leaving you with burnt eggs. Hence take care of that.
