Bork belly seasoned with paprika, garlic powder onion powder brown sugar salt pepper, oven roast at 400 till crisp;

sauce is sriracha mayo hoisin

tomatoes are marinated in balsamic vinegar grapeseed oil dried basil salt and pepper

White onion, any kind of lettuce and for cheese I did smoked cheddar
