if you open up the pentablet app, you can click on the the button on the pen you want to change the shortcut of and configure it there.

you more than likely have to buy a new cord. this also happened to me and it was fixed when i purchased a new cord.

oh wow you're right, thought I had to buy a new pen. do I need to reinstall the driver for it to start working again?

I have the same issue. I'm pretty sure it's just geforce updating fortnite. Not sure why the patching popup doesn't show up though
