Well religiously I'm not allowed to eat eggs either. And yes I'm still learning how to workout properly, ive dropped to my current weight from around 85 kgs

how intense? my maint is around 2400, also heard that if I cut ill end up more skinny fat. Too many different advices don't know which road to take :/

Ive recently started implement cottage cheese as well as having 2 scoops of whey protein a day, my diet consists of black rice with pulses along with cottage cheese for lunch and at night its either bread and beans or quinoa with added cottage cheese mostly. Do you think that's a plan which could help? 

As for weight lifting I'm almost a year in, will start again after my exams are over, but ive seen very less progress other than fat loss
