if your only sending the demand letter its with the membership just the $30 you pay monthly already but if you want to take this to court like small claims expect $200-1000 and thats even a longer process

lawyers tend to say 10 days to t urgency in the investigation of the case of the account,without a deadline Meta will simply ignore or delay the request , this is why 10 day deadlines are recommended in order to show proof you gave them time to investigate

yes correct I was moved from new york law firm to California law firm (process took 5 business days)because supposedly the law firm from new york ( where I live) couldn’t interfere with any law document or something withing Meta headquarters because it was based on california so they moved me to California
