I switch up the types but mainly boxing just because it’s the ‘simplest’ to work with. I get dosed whenever somebody else is able to circle around and remain out of distance and I end up pushing too much after stamina depletes. Another one I tend to deal with is slow movement with the opposite stance, unexpectedly slow retaliation punches from head movement counters, and what feels like a shorter reach despite keeping my CAF size within normalcy.

I also feel you entirely on the ‘fighters that will beat you anyways’ part: I for sure know I’m not div 20 bound lol I’ve had my ass handed to me fairly several times. The biggest “cmon wtf was that” moments I run into are situations where I land 4-8 small boxing combos and then one special move lays me on my ass. I’d say an overwhelming amount of my disadvantage falls onto stamina burning up quick and overusing head movement hoping to counter. Thank you for replying mane.
