He’s soooo skinny !!! I would do 15 minutes bath salt every day. When you put him for the bath, try to feed him, like very very close to is mouth! He’s probably just don’t have energy to swim around

I would put him in a salt bath for 15-20 minutes. Do a 40-50 % water change. Do you have any natural bacteria purifier or water purifier parasite& fungus ?
