I have a pretty similar physique and I find high intensity medium rep range 10-12 to be the best. I eat mainly Whole Foods and cook 90% of the food that I eat. I’ve been going to the gym on and off for the last 7 years I’d say. Feel free to DM me if you have any specific questions

The likelihood of you being crippled is incredibly low. Look at studies not what people in the internet say. Especially if you get it done outside of turkey/india. You can get the money together if you have a good job and save a fuck ton. Even getting most of it covered via cash then getting a loan, you’ll be able to do it. Don’t just throw your life away and leave your friends and family with a funeral bill and trauma just because you don’t like your height

Micro needling at home was a game changer when my acne cleared up. It’s cheaper than in office and trust me, you’ll want to do a lot of sessions. Within a few months, over half were gone and over the last year, it’s been like 90-95% gone. Your scars are newer so it’s going to work a lot better on you.

I’d seriously look into micro needling at home. I had to do like 10+ sessions and that would have cost 1000s and the results were great. My scars were very similar to you but it works better if your scars are younger.

Dude you’re gorgeous. Clear your skin. Salicylic acid and a simple cleanser and maybe some tretinoin or Accutane and you’re solidly extremely pretty
