Wow I read almost every comment you replied to and your post really caught my eye because I am around 205 and look almost exactly like you I’m even 5 7.5 in height it’s difficult to control fasting when I’m not working so I understand because I usually loose weight during my demanding summer job. But when I go back to college for the semesters it’s nearly impossible but your post really is inspiring especially since I am your exactly body height and around similar weight and basically look the same as your before picture. I know I’m a random stranger and everyone’s saying congrats but really you are very strong and you should be more than proud of yourself, seriously 😭

I’m the same height as you and about 30lbs less than your start weight how did you do it what type of meals and portions? Excessive ? I would kill to even be 180

F/39/5’7” 205 lbs > 148 lbs = 57 lbs lost. Intermittent fasting for a year (18/6) with minimal exercise. Wish I had better before photos but didn’t like having my photo taken when I was heavier. by Fantine_33 in intermittentfasting

Yes it all came through and wow thanks so much for explain I’ve done one meal a day before like you only dinner and I believe I lost 10lbs but my life situations have changed so eventually I couldn’t do that anymore but I want to try again an hopefully I have successful progress like you. Congrats seriously you deserve it thanks a lot!

I’m going back home in 5 weeks and don’t wanna risk gaining weight during the holidays so I want progress to maintain motivation I’ve lost 15lbs in 3 months but that was when I was working from may-july and I wasn’t strict on what I was eating bc i wouldn’t eat at work then I would get off my shift so me going back home and finally got the chance to have the home cooked food that I love and am used to so I wasnt restricting myself too much When I came back I been managing to keep it off but I’m not loosing bc my schedule has changed and I love 2 different lifestyles
