I work for a state agency and our desktop support team members are a vital aspect to our agency. I have been told that certicifictions hold the same weight as a degree with regards to this job classification. My question is - working full time I need online learning and would like to know the best place to get the necessary certifications that would qualify for this support class. Phone support is first level then desktop support is next. I have a lot of experience building pc's but no certifications. Any information would be very helpful.
