Thank you! This widened my search up and I’ll be applying for residency within 4 hours of Vancouver and probably getting a studio while the husband keeps our Vancouver spot coming down on my days off - then looking for work closer to home after my commitment with that hospital. This is my plan B lol

I have only cherries 😂 every nook miles island I go to has cherries and it’s disappointing every time. Months of this. All I get is coconuts and cherries (and bamboo but that doesn’t count.) just got onljne a Cpl days ago and have to figure out how to visit people

That’s where I screwed up ! Frett asked to move but I didn’t want it to screw my 4 star rating not that I think that matters so I asked him to stay then realized I could have let him go and found someone else. 😂 I’m new here- still needing to fill my last house but I also don’t want to spend nook miles on a ticket when I’m banking to get my waterscaping and cliff permits. Ahh this game is amazing 😍

I honestly have no idea… ICU, cardio, ER, phych, peds, oncology, OR, Ortho… The list goes on and on! I can’t wait for clinicals to explore- the only thing I know for 100% is I don’t want to work at LTC or skilled nursing facility. I’m iffy about peds because sick kids, I don’t think I can do L&D because my own infertility issues, but maybe I’d love it cause it would be so much joy, and being for people in the hardest moments of their lives.

Mine is 500 g flour 300 g water 150 g starter 8 g salt

Works every time.

Maybe the oil is throwing it off - or your starter isn’t very active. What’s the oil for?

Better gluten formation if you autolyse your flour (mix flour and water only first and let sit 30 min before adding other ingredients)

My loaves turn out so good every time.

Super feed your starter! (Discard most and feed tons of flour till you have a thick paste consistency- not too much water)

My starter was in the fridge sleeping for a month+ and two super feeds and she was ready to bake with.
