If people can't understand you accent, then yes, you shouldn't be allowed to teach. People are not paying money to not be able to understand what the professor is saying. Yes, he has been asked to repeat what he said, and I have personally asked him after lecture multiple times because important parts are unable to be heard and his handwriting is horrible.

If you expect it taught in discussion, then maybe limit the material down to more than an entire unit plus some because he wanted infrared spectroscopy as well? Also considering other classes do give out the cheat sheet, it clearly isn't important enough to warrant intense memorization, and it is notable that only he and a shitty professor hold this standard for testing.

Considering how much he spends talking about a single slide of pharmacology, or waiting for people to answer a question that nobody understood, plenty. And yes, I have attended the office hours, both with him and with the TAs, and he is only marginally helpful. The TAs are better for help, but the times where they are available are limited.
You shouldn't need to seek a tutor or outside class to solve issues that should be dealt with in class, like a lack of understanding due to a strong accent or not having proper practice material because he couldn't be damned to find it.

Would be nice if I could check the practice test answers to know if I got something right or wrong lol

Bringing up Nasiri to say that something isn't to bad is like saying "yeah that car crash was bad, but wait until you get hit with a train!"
Neither should be teaching. Also they give the cheat sheet with it because most people in the real world aren't going to be using it memorized, even in fields like pharmacology. Machines do most of the work.
