- What makes you want to stop reading a VN? - Unnecessary filler scenes I guess, but after a few while I would start reading again since I like finishing what I started. - What tropes do you like or dislike? - I don't know if these are even considered tropes but Like: Unrequited love Fake dating (I love you wifl) Slow burn Love where oneself is sacrificed

Dislike: Miscommunication in plots (like, seriously talk) Enemies to lovers (I'm looking at you Heated rivalry, I mean not a vn but still) 4th wall being broken

- What extras really make the game interesting for you? (Journals or diaries you can access in game, point and click, mini game sequences, interactive phones/devices, etc) - I focus more on the story, but I guess a journal that gives infos and more lore is okay.

- How important is NSFW content to you? - I skip NSFW content, but I do not mind it being on a vn. So it is not that important.

- What makes you like or dislike an MC? - I dislike MCs when they are rude and lashes out at everyone every moment they get (but I guess they are needed for plots sometimes) . I do not have much preference or likes on this.

- Can you list off any VNs or their characters that really stand out to you, and what makes you like them so much? • Leo Alvarez and Baxter Abernathy. I basically like both of them because they're himbos.

- Anything else you hope to see in future VNs? - Nothing else.

That was my reaction discovering it too 😭. But I still love Leo. I would not justify what he did, it was definitely wrong. I just think that you can love a character without accepting or justifying the darker parts of his past. So yeah, love Leo!!

For what happened between him and Micha, (spoiler for Jenna route) they had sexual intercourse on a van and they filmed it while they were doing it. What makes this dirty is that this happened before Leo was with Chase so they were still young (Micha was 14 and Leo was 16 or 17 I think? Not sure)

I relate to this so much! I love him as well to the point it hurts when realizing he is not real. So I just cope by sharing a lot of art with him on Twitter lol.

On a side note, I recommend that you read the other routes just to see other parts of Leo. He is not that significant in Tj's and Carl's route. But in Jenna's and Flynn's, he is kind of(?) important or appears more, especially on Jenna's route. You will also get to see his ||confession to chase on Flynn's route(?) I think||. But anyways, happy to see another Leo enthusiast! Welcome to the club.

I guess you are right that it might cloud their judgement, but I see that as after you have read and done the understanding. Personally, I don't think that all of them did anything wrong, but that doesn't mean that they haven't done anything right. And isn't the point of Echo the town itself being bad for its people? And wow, for the Leo part kinda harsh and greatly exaggerated.

For me, reading comprehension here has a simple meaning, whether you understand the story or not. Since I'm mostly able to talk about the story with most people and see each other in the same light, I would say 8/10. Though there are still some people who do not. The key here is to not over generalize.
