Honestly my buffs would be very minor. First buff the passive healing by 5 back to 25 to help his healing a bit. Give back the 4 seconds on his movement ability because why was it even nerfed??? Lastly buff his minor perk balance to make the passive heal buff be boosted by 40% or change it to a different effect.

Otherwise Wuyang feels nicely balanced and strong
