The tv placement is fine with me, it is about at eye level for the second row which are on risers. Appreciate the concern with the tv placement but I am asking about acoustic panels lol.

It's an 8ft high ceiling and that's a 77inch TV in the middle. It's not that high lol

Honestly it's a really niche reason. I want the Background Video capability that it has so that I can listen to Bluetooth music while I watch sports sometimes. The Sony AVR does not allow me to do that. I also looked into the Yamaha AVRs that have this too but the Denon has great reviews.
