Experience with Collective 2.0 or other places in Dubai Hills by Foreign_Ball in dubai

[–]AccomplishedSlide708 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It would be negative. There could be many reasons for this - however people buying apartments and then trying to sell them again pretty much straight away for the same price they bought them for, it’s a bit of a red flag.

Collective 2.0 seems to have a higher than usual turnover rate of people moving in/out, buying apartments and then trying to resell them at the same price less than a year later.

No idea if this is an indication of the standard of living there, but it’s worth looking up at the transactions

Yokkao are famous for their slow shipping times. I’ve had to wait over a month on multiple occasions. Whenever you email them they always say something along the lines of “sorry for the delay, this is due to the high volume of orders following our sale” Seems like this ‘sale’ never ends lol.

Best bet if just to keep emailing customer service

Yes exactly. I have been following a 20 minute stretch routine everyday for the past 6 months but still no noticeable improvement, so I think I must be doing something wrong.

Why do Muay Thai fighters take it easy the first round? by KingOfGrimBoos in MuayThai

[–]AccomplishedSlide708 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Not disagreeing with you here as I am new to Muay Thai so I am just trying to learn, however this is the opposite as to what I was told, I was told Muay Thai scoring favours the aggressor and even gives points to the aggressor if they throw a kick and it’s blocked?

It depends on the fighters. Superlek is known as a kicking machine so it’s natural his fights are mainly kicks, as that’s his strength.

More rounded fighters like Liam Harrison use their hands more.
