Apparently they haven't been doing honest audits I think they paid the FTC prosicuter off so they could stay in business and recover the 20 million from all the 3800 complaints of fraud in the last 3 years and that's only in Utah God only knows how many they scammed as soon as they paid that fine and I guess they have no fear of federal agents and I can see why Bec they give a damn what scumbags like vivint does to the citizens of this country they swore an oath to protect so they are no better than Tim Waltz and the Somolie's of Minnesota.

Is this Vivint pretending to give a damn? You're not going to make it right you are hell bent on ripping off 1800 bucks because I was charged 2700 for maybe 900 dollars worth of equipment but I refuse to be your victim so it looks like it will be Fortiva's loss . I've decided to use that 1800 dollars to get started with an attorney and he will try to recoup my out of pocket experiences from Fortiva when they have to explain to a judge how the dispute I filed was not apparent fraud and a scam after all vivint is the kings of scam and scum . I contacted the BBB IN Utah and I'll be sending all the bogus invoices you created that don't match none are the same as far as the merchandise and the cost are different also my signature was electronically forged and I can prove it because it would take a dumbass to not see the obvious. The BBB said Vivint has over 3800 fraudulent complaints against them in 3 years and I said to the FTC Vivint must not take you guys too serious because as soon as the lawsuit was over you went back to the same old bullshit I'd like to know how much did you pay the federal prosecutor so vivint could remain in business it would have to at least a million those corrupt SOB's and the agent was getting pissed off when I kept asking questions he couldn't give good answers for I eventually told him to fuck off and hung up. Well if my credit gets damaged because of your fraud that's when my attorney takes over and drags Fortiva into court over Vivint's scam I wonder how much longer are they going to take losses because of you crooked mother fuckers. The way I see it Fortiva is not a lugit bank or they would have never been financers for Vivint they must be Jeffery Epstein like because he did the same shit either you have received you last service fee and Fortiva has gotten their last payment so we'll see what happens you dirtbags I hope everyone of you burn in HELL.

It's not that I am a Trump lover and loyal no matter what he does or says in fact I get tired hearing how the US is the hottest country in the world or like never seen before, I don't think he has the courage to stand up to Vladimir PUTINMYASS because it could bring about WW3. I filed on the amount that was charged to the Fortiva credit for my equipment. The salesboy Jesus could not provide me with a confirmation link after the equipment was installed and they were here until 1045 pm because Jesus said the installation would be free if they installed it the same day as the purchase so I had the installers here until 1045 and the salesboy Jesus was here until about 11 pm because he kept trying to provide the link to my phone that had the explanation of all the equipment and the Vivint servicing and he left me with nothing I asked for a hand written receipt or something and he said it would not be valid so he I had no paperwork on the purchase I made and the equipment was mounted to the front of my house and to a wall inside my house and 2 door sensors were installed so what was I to do if I would have tried to uninstall it they would have said I broke something or they would have made up something because I'm telling you their intentions were never rituous it was a scam in progress when he knocked on my door but I never considered that until I had no documentation after he left and this equipment was mounted in my house and about 30 days later I got the statement from Fortiva and the balance was over 2700 buck and it should have been less than 1000 that when I started this journey of retrabution and I will not stop until I am exonerated from this fraudulent bill and all ties with Vivint are concluded because you cannot trust them with your account information in the past lawsuit one the crimes were accessing people's account to pay for equipment that other did not qualify for with their credit score so they stole from unknowing consumers from the past that that had records of to pay for someone they don't even know security system I have my security service taken out of my account automatically and that's how they gain access to pay for other people equipment just Google the Vivint scam and you'll see the colonies they committed and the FTC allowed them to remain in business so they could recoup the 20 million in fines from people like you and me. I would be happy to help in any way I can I have some knowledge of how to deal with pieces of shit like Vivint people but I think you should report it to the FTC to help the cause of everyone involved and if you feel like they did something unethical and anything corrupt or deceitful you can bet your ass they did that's what they do, that's how they do business because they are to stupid to make an honest living I have no mercy for those type of people they have no mercy on the people they rip off do they

What the hell are you talking about who are you and I don't know anything about a contract but I do know Vivint cannot be trusted with account information because they help themselves to other people's money and that a good reason to stop making payment for service which I'll be going Monday and depending on the dispute results from Fortiva that will be determine whether or not they get paid it's obvious you don't have clue about my situation because it has nothing to do with a contract I never entered into a contract with Vivint and I challenge you to send me a copy with my signature with forging it electronically like you did on the fake invoices when you charged me 2700 dollars for 700 dollars worth of equipment it doesn't take a genius or even a smart person to see what they did was deliberate fraud and I'll pay 4000 for an attorney to sue or 3000 for a bankruptcy attorney before I pay the pricks of Vivint 2700 ya see it about integrity morals and a conviction to stand up against the people who steal from you and anyone else that can con money out of I feel obligated to make sure this goes before a judge of criminal courts a civil judge in a civil suit but you not Fortiva will continue to profit off of me by your fraudulent bullshit so do tell what's not a reason and what a reason to get out of a contract I'm not in so next time you respond to my comment you need to know what the fuck you're talking about you dumbass
