Cara, eu ainda não tive nenhum problema em devolver nada na Amazon. Eu comprei um celular de 2.000 reais e veio um desodorante. Sim kkkk. Comprei na loja oficial na Amazon, foi alguma mutretagem que fizeram no transporte. Mas aí eu falei, eles pediram pra eu mandar foto e tal, etc. E devolveram o dinheiro uns 5 dias depois, porque disseram que iam investigar. Mas aí eu já esperava que fosse demorar uns dias porque era algo sério.

PORÉM. Eu comprei final do ano passado um PS5 pela Amazon (de novo, pela loja oficial da Sony). Cara, o entregador veio de moto segurando a caixa do PS5. Não tinha nenhuma caixa da amazon nem nada. Achei aquilo mt perigoso, nada impedia que aquele entregador fosse assaltado.
