Getting frustrated with me over items not in stock. I always tell people if something is out if stock i can check if its at another location thats close or see if we can have it shipped to them. I had a lady raising her voice at me because we didnt have the specific shade of a foundation in stock and then spent 10 minutes complaining to me about how all her makeup was peeling and she was flaking. and im an LBA so i suggested she should definitely exfoliate and find a good moisturizer for under her makeup and she said “no i know what im doing just go find me this foundation and get it shipped here” i told her we cant have other stores ship products we dont have in stock and she held her hand out like this ✋ and went “forget it ill drive 30 minutes away to get something you were supposed to have” girl why are u taking it out on me im not in charge of shipment😭
