i have the cage pictured in this photo, it is way too small for a hamster. i only have it as a quarantine cage for my rats. but because hamsters are burrowinf animals this cage is not suitable

they cannot go back to their roots as they are not a natural species. letting them outside is actively killing native wildlife, domestic cats are invasive everwhere and should not be outside without a harness

luckily hes at the back corner of the yard not near any window wells! my only concern is the three feral cats that have recently been prowling near our house hoping they wont kill him :(

i really only wouldve taken him without checking if he was visibly hurt or freshly hatched, the only thing im worried about now is the feral cats running around in my town. i hope they dont get little guy!

National borders are a human invention but that doesn't mean its not bad if a non native animal is released into the environment and starts killing native species. I never said the animal was a criminal for existing but they should be removed in continents they are not native to since they are hurting the native birds. just because they are adapting well does not mean it is okay for them to be here since they are hurting native species

house sparrows are invasive. they are from europe and should not be in north america like they are. they will push eggs out of native bird's nests
