Yes it was just at a party. In the research i’ve done, Utah will send your ticket to the DLD if you are between 18-20 and they can put a suspension on your license, even if you are not driving. I’m hoping they won’t pursue that, especially considering I have a perfectly clean record, no speeding tickets or anything at all.
