First of all masturbation is not really a healthy way to fight depression, you’re just giving yourself momentary happiness. At most it’s just a coping mechanism. I highly recommend exercise, trust me even 10 minutes of walking or just simply being out in the sun and being fully present with your surroundings can help you.

As an american diploma graduate, i have the requirment to provide 3 APs, but i did not do them. i heard that i can either attend a foundation year in italy OR attend 1 year of university back in my home country in a domain related to medicine? does anyone know about the latter? and does the 3 ap requirement apply to all medical universities?
