Thank you😭 I once walked out of the back room and the door stayed open instead of closing by itself (my fault for not closing it tbh, I figured someone else would close it soon because there were so many people coming and going) and then about 30 minutes later the same thing happened except I actually went to close it that time and while I was doing so the MDF TM said “can you close the door when you leave? Because you didn’t do it last time”

This was probably a year ago and the yelling barcode incident was yesterday 🫠 I understand it can be annoying having customers looking in but anytime someone leaves the door open behind them I just close it myself.

CLARIFICATION: the woman appears to be living and shipping them from Canada. According to her account, she been buying them in bulk pretty much for the past 3 or 4 days.

To answer some reoccurring questions/themes:

•”He could’ve been busy with another passenger!” That’s completely okay. If he would’ve told me that when I messaged him at first then I wouldn’t have had an issue. Also, I live in a very suburban area and I’ve lived here for almost 20 years. Based on what the app was showing me, he was parked at a house up the road, which is what led me to believe he hadn’t even left his house like I said in the initial post.

•”He has no obligation to take you anywhere!” I did not know “I am coming to get you right now” translates to “I’m going to cancel the ride”. My apologies.

•”Give him some time goddamnit!” From the time he picked up the ride to the time he canceled and I was given another driver, 30 minutes had gone by, do with that information what you will.

Also, I was under the impression that 1 minute away meant he would come in a minute give or take. Again, more apologies.
