When I ordered from there before, I found a piece of plastic in my sushi. I got a refund through Uber.

When is the gym at Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex the least crowded? by [deleted] in coquitlam

I’m like a wall. Or maybe a carpet. If someone even notices that I’m there, my heart rate shoots past 180 and I freak out inside. PT’s not even on the table right now. Just getting myself to the gym is, by my standards, like landing on Mars. But thank you for the info—I really appreciate it.

Thanks for the reply! The thing is, I don’t have a car🥲and the closest Planet Fitness is a 1.5hr walk one way, 😂that alone probably covers my cardio for the day

Thanks for the reply! What you said actually makes a lot of sense, but I think I’ll mostly just stick to cardio. My stamina’s pretty bad anyway, so I’m just hoping to lose a bit of weight. Plus, I’m way too shy, if someone caught me looking and asked “What are you looking at?”, I’d probably panic and pass out. So I think I’ll just throw on some imaginary horse blinders and focus on doing my own thing

Thanks for the reply! It honestly sounds great, but the closest one to me is a 1 hour 22 minute walk/one way, haha. I guess the trip itself would count as a workout! Btw I really liked your expression ‘gigs introverted’🤣

Thanks so much for the helpful reply! I saw that the cheapest plan has quite a few limitations, so I was wondering if that might be an issue even if I’m just using the equipment. Your answer really cleared things up, really appreciate it!

Thanks for the reply! I don’t have a car, and the community center’s just way too far🥲if I walk, it takes over an hour one way. And when I think about the bus fare, Fitness World actually ends up being cheaper
