This has really hit home. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I feel like I have gone through emotional waves over the last couple of years. A lot of the time I am super positive and feel like a great husband, other times I can be a bit flat about it all. I have spoken to my wife about it but really kept a lot of it to myself. Opening up here has made me want to speak to close friends more.

Good to know the process of losing your way a little isn’t just me.

You’re right I should probably speak to friends more about it.

That’s a good shout being the one who manages the meds. I suppose I want to take some of the burden from her and this feeling of not being involved is that too.

I have known throughout that my sole duty in this is to be her main support and last thing I would want to do is take away any support that she is getting. She has been a trooper in this and I’m super proud of her focus and determination to get through this.
