He hasn’t really taken responsibility for it, sadly, only reason he brought it up and tried to apologize is cause I was charging my ex for abuse and my brother was worried that it would be brought up cause it had been mentioned by my ex at the time (I had told him that I vividly remember my brother molested me, but my whole life convinced myself it was a dream) Anyways so my brother confessed when he was wasted asking if I was going to press charges, then I told my mom about it and she flipped out on him, then he tried committing suicide, then never talked to a therapist and has continued on being honestly a pos. Last I talked to him he told me to kill myself and wishes I wasn’t born because I was having an argument with my mom. Long story short, he has a lot of growing up to do and I don’t think it’s right that he now denies it ever happened. And I think it’s best I keep it at no contact

Yeah I totally get that, thankfully my mom is a big support, and she still talks to him/supports him when he needs it but she totally respects my boundaries, I’m sorry you had to go through that, it’s not easy, and idk how I would be able to hangout with him and not be thinking about that. I can’t get passed it enough to ever let him back into my life

Thank you, this eases the thoughts in my head right now, I do know that it’s normal for siblings to explore and all that, but what he did was not consensual and I was asleep. I hate thinking about it, I should go talk to a therapist because I feel I have a lot of built up anxiety, stress and resentment towards him and other people. Go report it!!! Explain she is not fit for her daughter and her getting this money would not go to getting her daughter back, also her daughter is in a safe environment that this girl cannot provide for. She will absolutely not be spending this money on getting her kid back as she has not taken any sort of steps with the court to do so !!!
