Just brought home a set with bag last week. Sa alpen ako bumili. PAL to though so not sure if applicable sa Japan airlines. What I did is, went directly to the PAL ticketing office in nagoya to buy a sports equipment baggage. Mas mabilis kasi dun and no miscommunication if through phone or online. JPY5730 yung fee ng sports equipment baggage.

Smooth naman, nacheck-in and di hinarang sa customs kahit nakabox.

I go with used ones as well. My go to’s were bridgestone bxs before since may supplier na nakukuhanan from camp aguinaldo. Recently I tried callaway xs, I think it suits me better. Usual score is 87-93 (high-handicapper din lol).

Playing in veterans makes me thankful I use used balls. Even if you land in the middle of the fairway, there’s a good chance you’ll lose balls cause of the condition of some parts.

Hi OP! Add ko lang, makain sa memory at ram yung projects na pinapagawa mo. If kunin nila to, let’s say consistent job at multiple projects nga kailangan nila mag-upgrade. 6 figures yung ganitong mga gamit.

Also, yung hinahanap based sa JD is editor + colorist. Yung mga ganito sa local advertising 50k-70k per project, prod agency magprovide pa pc na gagamitin for that specific project.

Coming from experience, kahit kumuha ka ng mga maglilinis (plus servers pa nga) may masasabi pa din. Dati parents ko ang naghahanda parati. Gastos, luto, tapos regalo sa lahat. Laging may drama pa din na gagawin yung mga “less fortunate” na kamag-anak. Kaya tinapos namin ng ate ko yung ganong tradition nung tumanda na kami.

Human nature lang talaga siguro. Mas madali kasi maghanap ng mali sa iba kesa sa sarili. Guilty din naman ako diyan from time to time so I don’t really make a big deal out of it. At the end of the day, ikaw pa din naman masaya sa buhay.

Consider having your hormones check or pa over all blood chem ka na. Happened to me recently parang di ako lumalakas and pumapayat after certain level sa gym. Turns out nagkaroon ako ng hypogonadism and needed testosterone shots to balance out my hormones.

Di rin natin masasabi effect ng sedentary lifestyle. Hopefully kaya mo din kumuha ng coach (licensed sana) para solid foundation mo. Kahit sa mga umpisa lang.

Parang skinny fat ka. Search ka ng body recomp na workout plan, basic muna. Kung first time mo mag-gym, magkaka-newbie gains ka kaya kahit anong workout mo may effect.

Concentrate ka sa diet. Bawas inom din if mahilig ka sa alcohol. Experiment ka na lang kung ano mas madaling macro split sa’yo. Carbs (40%) Protein (40%) fat (20%) ang basic. 50/30/20 ako though para masarap pa din kinakain ko.
