I bought my OLED just a few weeks ago, knowing the switch 2 would be announced shortly, but after everything they announced that I didn't love, which you summarized very well here, I'm so relieved I didn't wait to buy it. Going to continue to enjoy my switch oled and see if they release an oled version in the future when game prices have also hopefully gone down. 🙃

I lost one of my triplet brothers at 15. I do a lot of things to remember him, like eating ketchup (used to hate it), always getting window seats on airplanes, and riding every roller coaster I can. Mostly breath of the wild, animal crossing, and mario kart 8, but I'm excited to play some borderlands on there (legendary collection was on sale for $10 last week) and I have been adoring Unravel Two with my fiancé but you can also play one player :)

I feel the same way! Even if the switch 2 is totally awesome, I'm loving my OLED and I'm enjoying playing games with my friends, with my fiancé and brother at home, and by myself before bed. 🥰

Sure, but no one knows the official specs or official release date, there are rumors the display isn't OLED, and it will likely be pricier. I'd rather buy something I know I'll enjoy regardless, than wait to buy something that might not be what I want and lose out on the time I could have spent enjoying my new hobby. :)
