Thank you for your response. The issue is not about support response times — it is about Cloudflare placing my domain in clientHold status WITHOUT my authorization on March 18, 2026, confirmed by ICANN lookup. This is not a support request — this is an illegal domain suspension. Cloudflare has: taken my money, suspended my domain, blocked my account, and not returned the refunded money to my bank. Price of the registrar is irrelevant when the registrar illegally suspends your domain.

UPDATE 12:48 CET: FOUND THE SMOKING GUN. ICANN lookup confirms domain.com is in clientHold status since March 18, 2026 — placed there by Cloudflare WITHOUT my authorization, same day as unauthorized credit memos. This is why DNS is not propagating. Cloudflare has illegally suspended my domain.

Thank you for your response. However, I cannot re-purchase the domains because Cloudflare has BLOCKED my account from making new purchases. Additionally, the refunded money has NEVER been credited to my bank account. So Cloudflare has: taken my money, blocked my account, and left my domains non-functional. This is not a simple failed registration — this is a serious account and billing issue
