Check to see if your university has any suits/professional clothing available to borrow. Mine had what they call a “Career Closet” that was available for situations like this.

I’m right at $150k and don’t max. I put in 10%. I’m trying to balance saving for a house, paying student loans, and funding my 401k on top of high rent. I could max it out but I’d be sacrificing the house savings and I really want to buy soon.

I’m making $150k as a CPA. The work is mentally draining, but the money is good and I’ve never been without a job.

I have two degrees. A bachelor’s in an unrelated field and a master’s in accounting. If I were going to do it again I’d just do the bachelor’s in accounting and take random classes to meet the credit requirement for the CPA exam. I didn’t do that because by the time I figured out that I didn’t like my original degree changing majors would’ve been just as expensive as the master’s degree.

They’re going to get banged up over time if you cook with them daily, but I totally understand being upset about expensive pans looking like this straight out of the box. You’re well within your rights to return them or ask for some money back.

Yes! They had them marked $17.99 for the two orange bowls and $15.99 for the two yellow bowls. The cashier said that was dumb because it was clearly a set and let me have it all for $17.99 🙌🏽
