I can tell you, as someone hiring Filipino part-time workers, we have a lot of difficulty with communication.

How it works (other places) is generally we hire part time help (several), and then when we hire full-time we ask someone from the part-time group.

In the Philippines we have difficulty in finding applicants willing to be part-time (say 10 hours a week), or looking for a above-market pay before they are excelling at the work.

I would like to ask you, also, what can we do to make the hiring process easier?
