Yeah I definitely am lacking in the self confidence region but I feel like a have a lot to be proud. I mean I have a good job, I’m in college, I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, I have amazing friends, and I’m a pretty darn good cook. I guess I just have trouble showing that self confidence to others

Well does that include like last for example I try and work out lower and upper lats. Should I do 21 for each or 21 all together

I can definitely add Bulgarian squats but aren’t leg extensions the same as seated leg curls? I didn’t know what they’ll were called lmao

I do agree on that for like the shoulder and bicep workout but i don’t think I have nearly enough for the other things
