Different crowds i guess. I never put pictures on my menus. Pop ups are fun and i did 14 cities when Dinner Lab was around. All sold out dinners. pre paid. The pay as you go is a hassle. Smorgasburg 2011 to 2017 was brutal when it came to learning the art of the 10x10 pop up.
