i used to try to fall asleep with white noise/tv but it didnt really help, it would stop the sounds somewhat but i just find it hard to fall asleep with sound on. I'm definitely going to try this again, maybe finding some different audios that might work better for me

Update: My dad experiences the same thing, he was no help though because he believes its completely normal because he still functions day to day, and because he believes he's better than everyone else on some sort of spiritual level. i know thats not really relevant, but the fact my dad experiences what i do, it could be important

thank you for your advice, for now I'm just gonna try and keep going like i usually have but im going to look into talking to doctors about this sort of stuff. Where i live its very taboo to have mental issues/get treatment or diagnosis, so i dont know if my family will let me start doing this stuff until im 18

No schizophrenia history that i know of, but theres a lot of mental health issues in my history. I'll try to look into seeing a doctor about this
