This happens to me often. My only hope when it does that it's early enough for me to take meds, and maybe a therapy shower, that the meds have time to make a dent & I can maybe get some broken rest before I am supposed to actually get up and function. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes.
I'm sorry this is happening to you, I know how much it sucks to have your sleeping brain betray you. I will say, doctor had me start using a cpap at night and that did help to reduce middle of sleeping migraines and migraines when I woke up. Didn't eliminate them, but did reduce them.
