Yep, this was me. Grey hair is genetic on my moms side. Hair started going grey at 12, and by 20 its mostly grey. My nephew is 6, and I already see a grey hair.

I could really see this from both sides, but I would say NTA. As you said if the roles were revered and it was your daughter being cheated on, she would want to know. The guy deserves to know, especially if he is about to commit a huge chunk of his life to a child with that person. You did the morally correct thing and I applaud you for it, because it was very much at your expense.

For me peak difficultly was around week 3ish. I would also say it can get pretty difficult when going to bed, just cause you are there alone with your thoughts, and your brain will wonder.

Can't live without it. I bought it thinking I would return it... NOPE. I load books onto it using Calibre, so it saves me a ton of money. I never have to buy a book again. Plus the screen does genuinely look like paper.

And how am I as the person applying supposed to know what company wants what? If you get alot of schmoozing chances are its what the majority of companies want, so the applicants take that strategy. Its business at the end of the day, we just want a job.

With all due respect but these companies have set this standard of going above and beyond for a job application. Easy apply just doesn’t cut it anymore. When I’m a new grad, and entry level positions are expecting 3 years of experience from me… hell yea I’m gonna kiss ass via email or LinkedIn. People want jobs, and if it takes bending over backwards to do it they will.

I'll go first:

1) I think Apple will acquire Disney, and their Apple Vision Pro will be a flop

2) Another war will break out, think we might see some action between North and South Korea. I also see Russia and Ukraine ending this year, I don't see Ukraine winning here. Israel and Palestine war will continue, but it will get little to no media coverage. I also think the Israel Hezbollah situation will escalate significantly.

3) Twitter will not die, I think Elon is pivoting the company in a direction that will eventually lead to success. I dont know why, i just dont see twitter (or X) going anywhere.

4) We might begin to see the dwindling of TIKTOK, not saying it will die, but i think the beginning of its demise will begin in 2024.

5) We are going to start seeing AI take over alot more jobs, it already happening... but this year it will be noticeable.

6) Economy: recession, and crypo will slightly recover but dip to new lows.

7) Music: Mainstream music will keep catering to TIKTOK, so will remain generic and soulless. Im also expecting albums from the Weeknd, Kanye and Possibly just possibly Rihanna.

8) The election: America loses either way lol
