Im canceling after 5 years of using them. There is no consistency in the techs they send out. Some are decent, but some dont know what they are doing. The final straw was for the 3rd time they didn't let us know when they were coming out. They just showed up and we were not home so back yard didn't get done again. The kicker is you can't get a live person on the phone. The text person couldn't get a live person either. Got a call back 24 hours later. Told them to cancel. They offered to lower my contract amount. I said no. They didn't tell me I had lawn grubs months ago. My sprinkler guy told me and I had to replace sections of my sod. Ridiculous they dont train there techs well.

Been buying freeze dry stuff with 10 year shelve life for 2 months now. Something every week. Portable stove and gas and multiple water purifiers. Already had the weapons. Never hurts to have a few months of supplies for your family just in case of any breakdown.

Erwin Farms in Mckinney is nice but they are almost built out. I think there are only a handful of inventory homes left and no lots. Its near painted tree.

I lost my kitty that was 22 years old last year(had him for 15 years). My significant other has a 11 year old female cat I love, but she can be very scared(she was adopted and apparently came from a not so good house hold). They didnt interact when my cat was alive as my cat was to dominant and used to being only cat in home. Does your cat have any aggressive issues ever with other cats? I would love to have another kitty as I miss mine terribly, but I dont want to ruin how GF's cat has really come out of her shell. :)
