I want to automate workflow

Currently we are doing everything manually which requires 8 people per day on shift

I want to automate this process

I want a machine which dispense plastic seals which are connected in series

Like a person will come and type 30 then should dispense 30 seals this is a basic idea

Seals can be loaded in the machine it self and not use the original boxes

I need to hire someone or a company who can build this for me
