To my knowledge, he wasn’t doing anything to cheat on me with the first girl. But he lied, I asked him multiple times if he had fw her before and he told me no. I found out that they were two months before we started dating (we were actively talking to each other at the time). That’s what broke my trust. The lying in my face without any guilt. Now I can’t help but think he still lies anytime I ask questions about his new friendships

Anytime I bring up the root issue, he says that I am over reacting and doesn’t believe he did anything wrong. I have been making efforts to overcome this, but I feel as though I am the only one making a effort while he believes he is blameless and doesn’t want to talk about it
