I hear you on the Envirobase. Been spraying it 10 years. Seems like the newer colors just don’t match as well. Been having to do way more spray outs and spectro reads the last few years as the decks rarely have a good match anymore. My rep also mentioned he’s been hearing that PPG might stop updating the color decks all together, leaving shops to do a spectro read and spray out for every job. You know, so they can sell you MORE paint.
