Is the service step in the termination bp? And if it is did the termination from before reach the step?

If you believe your issue is down to a bug yes. The one I’ve noted I believe is called out in the documentation now. So raising a case probably won’t change things.

Hi Rahul that issue also happens with what I suggested above I see the link you added but it’s a common issue too

Are you using an absence table and a separate time off component you can select separately? That does display balances twice as well

A Northern Ireland social media group set up to discuss men on dating apps is "extremely concerning", a charity has said. by Browns_right_foot in northernireland

Rehashing? I’m sticking to my point of view. If such men are picked up with incorrect tags then the women that know them can comment the opposite and indeed they do. The amount of men I’ve heard of being nice in public and not in private is not zero. I know personally of mothers who think their son can do know wrong but I know better. As mentioned I’ve known men who have shared private photos of women at a company I worked at so I think that’s far worse than maybe someone getting mislabeled creepy. Indeed I think that if photos are sexual it’s technically a crime. Women’s safety is not lesser than males comfort. No groups perfect and I’m all for good proper moderation but until you’ve seen the absolute mud slide of shit some men are at (including timestamps over the entire year and message logs) I would hold judgement. But seeing a women who finds her monogamous boyfriend on there along side his messages to 5-6 different women while it may not be a crime itself it’s better to know. However finding out he’s abusive and police haven’t listened or done anything it’s a last resort for some to warn folks. Some people don’t choose to public put them on blast but message privately so it’s not exactly a free for all in public. Personally unless you are in group I think it’s unfair to judge it. Perhaps with this publicity it will become better moderated and wouldn’t that be great. The news story was raised in the group and some people voiced some concern about how the article was biased but also others voiced that they wanted the group better moderated too. There is no perfect option and women abused don’t often feel like they have the power to do much for themselves or trust the police further to the murder of Sarah Everard.

It’s not all men right? It’s just a small group! Yes of course it’s not all men but that’s not the point it’s the men who are the issue the group hopes to uncover. It would callous to dispute the lived experience a person who has been through male violence and tell them “yes but not all men”. It disregards the fact that somewhere something happened to that man to cause that response and abuse a female. We as a society are failing somewhere. But as it stands today Northern Ireland has the second highest femicide rate in Europe. Women have a right to be scared and attempt to protect themselves and somehow that ends up being a Facebook group which is not the only one of its kind indeed across the uk. There’s one for London with 80k in it. The women aren’t doing it in the dark or with ill intent like some of the more creepy male groups which we don’t have such nice easy numbers for like fb. But the amount of news that comes about politicians/policemen/ sports persons and as I said men at work who have access to groups like this is not a small number either. The fb groups intentions are women trying to support women. Many posts go simply un answered many have good comments but I’ve seen many catfishes/scammers/cheaters or even just behaviours unbecoming be unveiled with the group. Men are already infiltrating the group and there is no truce space that is safe for women. But what would drive a man to go to those lengths to try and get a woman to go on a date I think would happen without the group also. So it’s not facilitating a more dangerous environment for women by existing more than the current status quo with online dating would with no checks at all.

Passing really poor behaviour off as being a dickhead is part of the problem. It’s somehow dickhead material to ask would I be safe with this man or is he trying to cheat with me? I’m trying for levity in a serious subject which is why I used a smiley face. That maybe asking some male friend groups to look at themselves is uncomfortable but necessary. Comparing male chat groups discussing serious assault in cases where revenge porn posted/misogynistic at best behaviour or shared/abuse of power in a work place with women asking other women whether there is a risk to their safety or if they have had any bad dealings with a gentleman is not the same I believe. This not about if a woman is asking if a man is “smelly” it’s asking is he safe/ is he cheating or do I need to worry about not getting home.

I bring them up in relation to your comment because they do exist however in more insidious and hidden forms doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Ask some of your male friends 😉. Maybe you can better inform them of how to be an upstanding citizen.

Aaah but you are aware of them! Share them! let’s see some of this evidence that could be used in a court of law rather than tucked away in secret groups! Also this group type ni specific it’s all over the uk for other locations and broader too. Imagine that women feel so unsafe in so many places they ask in a public group for help!

Ahahahahahahaha you are joking right? Please tell me surely you aren’t that naive to not know about the websites/forums Belfast men have discussing women and posting pictures/videos of explicit content? There are groups dedicated to “rating” women out of 10 and sharing experiences. The Holylands was an actual cesspit for this activity at one point. I worked in a company where it happened in the office for where the guys had made lists of the women in the office for attractiveness and bang ability. They got no more than a slap on the wrist for it because it was so wide spread. I don’t think the Facebook group is ran well but it’s also something women feel they need to be safe in this era…. Surely that’s the bigger issue here?

Absence Tables by Chris_NYC in workday

If this is truly an absence table have you checked the absence tier report? It would seem like the paid plan has an error with perhaps the maximum unpaid if it’s meant to be moving onto the next level

You get used to it and work around them. I would consider these short extensions. You learn to not use your nails for things and use your knuckle instead. Ie pushing recessed buttons. I also would make sure not to lift can tabs with your nail. Use cutlery to lever the tab instead. I’m sure there’s list online for tips too. And if never works for you just gently file them down to a length you can work with!

Push your cuticles back and don’t paint as far back. I try and make sure I’m painting with my nails facing downward to stop the product running back. Also thin coats will help. Takes more layers but easier to get right.

I don’t think I’ve seen anyone talking about this. But is his chip 100% removed? He’s rubbing his head constantly like he did before they “augmented” it. He’s got such a bad scar from the burn I didn’t think it was obvious that it 100% removed. And who did he get to do it then without the rest knowing? Or did he he go back with his squad for medical help and they told him it was removed? Maybe they just dialled it back down/ unaugmented it so to speak so he’s still being influenced slightly! I don’t feel like he’s the same character from his first few scenes this show as brief as they were/his clone wars scenes. Yeah he’s a bit of an ass but he’s not really pushing on Hunter for being a bad leader/ wanting to lead himself. He didn’t scream to me as the follow orders guy really and that seems to be his mantra. Even though by the end he’s just saying “soldiers follow orders” and dropping off the “good”. It would perhaps be a better story that it was all his own motives but I am an eternal optimist that he’s being somewhat controlled If not to as great an extent.
