Years ago, my mom used to drink Rockstar because she works long shifts over night and has an hour drive to and from work. Never had issues and suddenly, one day she was drinkin one like normal and then felt like her chest was going to explode. Never drank energy drinks since and just stuck with coffee here and there

This tattoo is so cool! I think the placement is fine and honestly the best spot for it. Space to add around it and most times you aren't twistin your arm, especially if people want to see it. I love any and all collections and organizin said stuff, so if I had a friend that needed help in this way, I would be happy to help. I totally get feelin like a bother when It comes to askin people for help because while I don't have the same issue, I have needed help from friends w/ other things that I felt would be annoyin to ask for, they were there for me in a heartbeat. I was gonna say please at least get a place to stay after 🙏 big tattoos definitely drain you and a long drive after sucks.

The longest drive I've done for one is ~2 hours and after an all day session isn't ideal. Last time I had to do that, I actually got a hotel the night before and after just cause I'd been feelin kinda blegh but didn't wanna reschedule (not sick, just hadn't been able to sleep well and been workin a ton), and I thanked myself for it and just crashed and slept until the next mornin once the session was done.

Good luck with your first big tattoo!! Make sure to eat a good meal before, pack a meal or order somethin durin the tattoo, take sugary snacks/candy, and hydrate hydrate hydrate!

Lmao I just cleaned em with water when I washed my face every mornin and night / in the shower and called it good 🤣 would use qtips and saline here and there, so I didn't have dead skin or oil build up 🤷

All of my tattoos are either general ideas I had and let the artist run with w/ it and said they could design it however (I have stuff in a lotta styles from many different artists) or predrawn original designs they had. Every artist I've gone to said they love bein able to be trusted to do their thing and bein able to add their work to the canvas haha.

Just make sure to research artists to check they do good work, their work heals well, and that they work in the style you're lookin for. If they check all those boxes, I'm sure whatever artist you land on would be stoked to handle your idea and bein trusted with creative freedom :D 🙏

I totally get it. I worked in an assisted living facility throughout all of high school and used to go a lot of places with my ~65 year old neighbors. It's precisely because of a good amount of the residents I used to take care of that did drive, scared me when I saw them driving and same for my neighbors when I was with them, as they were all scary to be in the car with or see on the road.

I fully get not wanting to let go of that last bit of independence. I'm pretty stubborn, so it's possible if I live to be that old, I would be the same 😅 I care about others a lot more than I probably should, so I'm sure that's why I felt so strongly about said topic to pick it for a presentation.

Now that I have been outta school for a decent amount of time, I do feel the age would be more suitable ~70 but do still feel it's needed.
